The Tedeschi Trucks Band (formerly known as the Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band) was formed in 2010 by husband and wife duo Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi after they had put their solo projects on hiatus in order to spend more time together and focus on collaboration with each other musically. After joining forces in their Jacksonville home studio, they began writing new, original material together, culminating in the release of their debut album Revelator. The album was widely praised by critics and fans alike, garner the title of "masterpiece" from Rolling Stone, who issued it four out of five stars. Revelator went on to win a Grammy Award for Best Blues Album at the 54th Grammy Awards. Their second album, Everybody's Talkin', was a live album, and their third, Made Up My Mind, was released in 2013.
