Grammy-nominated alternative rock band Counting Crows was formed in 1991. They have released seven studio albums, five live albums, two compilation albums, and 32 singles. They sold over 20 million albums worldwide, with four of the released studio albums have been certified gold or platinum.

The band’s popularity skyrocketed with the release of their debut album, August and Everything After, in 1993. The album was later certified seven times platinum in the United States after selling over seven million copies. The album also featured their hit singles “Mr. Jones,” and “Round Here.” Their sophomore album, Recovering the Satellites was released in 1996. It reached number one on the Billboard 200 and was certified two times platinum in the United States. The album produced the hit songs “Angels of the Silences,” “A Long December,” and “Daylight Fading.” in 1999, the band dropped their third album, This Desert Life, which was also certified platinum in the United States.

Special guest American alternative emo-rock band Dashboard Confessional is known for their hit songs “Vindicated,” and “Hands Down.” They have released seven studio albums, three of which were certified gold in the United States.
