Whether it’s your newest indie artist discovery or your holy grail of musicians taking the stage that night, us here at Greek Theatre Berkeley are so excited to welcome you to the venue! And if it’s your first time or you’re a consistent weekend warrior - we’re happy to see you here! We hope ya stay awhile! And we hope you’re ready to have the best time ever when Rilo Kiley takes the stage this October the 16th, fresh off the heels of their Greatest Hits album release earlier this year, This Is How We Choose To Remember It. And more importantly - fresh off the heels of the first half of this madly successful show run, the 2025 Sometimes When You’re On You’re Really F**king On Tour. And with an opening set from WAXAHATCHEE geared up to knock our socks off before Rilo and crew even take the stage, we just KNOW it’s gonna be a great time - and we’re so excited to see you right here in the front row with us! And like we were just saying - this tour has been EVERYWHERE y’all. With thirty dates around the globe, the tour has been to The Van Buren over in Phoenix, Just Like Heaven Festival in Pasadena, Red Rocks over in Morrison, the Kilby Block Party in Salt Lake City, NYC’s Rooftop 17, The Anthem in D.C., Atlanta, and of course - right back here at Greek Theatre Berkeley for all of our listening and viewing pleasure.

Rilo Kiley are the indie rockers you’ve absolutely heard but probably didn’t realize you were jamming and bopping your head to at the time. Formed in 1998 in L.A., the band made a name for themselves by performing at local L.A. classic venues and picking up small acting gigs here and there between shows and studio time. Their official debut album, Take-Offs and Landings, came in 2001 and propelled the band into the limelight, helping them sign to an even greater record label and making their 2004 release, More Adventurous, a smash hit. They toured excessively after its release, and ended up working and touring with great artists like Coldplay and the Dum Dum Girls. And until just this year technically they’ve been on a self imposed hiatus. That is, they were until they performed in Pasadena earlier this year, and now - who knows what’s to come down the pipeline?! New music, more shows… it’s hard to say. But what we DO know is that they’re here now, and we’re excited to give them our all!
