When a band performs such spectacular sets with incredible production and on stage appeal, there’s no question that promoters will be booking and fans will be coming! This is the yearly story of the Florida born 12 member band, Tedeschi Trucks Band. Making their break with Revelator in 2011, the band is now set on promoting their latest album, Future Soul which is set for release this year. This exciting new effort follows the band’s outstanding work with 2022 I Am The Moon. That means, fans will be rocking out to brand new tunes, plus a plethora of earlier works and many smashing hits! See it all go down when they make their coveted stop over at the Greek Theatre Berkeley! On Wednesday 12th August 2026, they will be joined by Grammy winning singer-songwriter famous for his work with A Star is Born soundtrack, as well as his unprecedented hits with Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real.
Hailing from Jacksonville, Florida, Tedeschi Trucks Band was created after the bands of Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks merged in 2010. The 12 member band released their debut album, Revelator the following year and made a thrilling breakthrough into the Billboard 200 chart. The album also won Best Blues Album at the Grammys and Album of the Year at the Blues Music Award. Tedeschi Trucks Band continued their winning streak with their subsequent works and earned more awards with Everybody’s Talking, Made Up My Mind, and Let Me Get By. In 2018, their live album, Live from Fox Oakland earned a Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Blues Album.
Lukas Nelson has been making music since his childhood. He initially performed with his legendary father Willie Nelson as part of the unprecedented mega act Willie Nelson and Family. He later created a new outfit, Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real – a band that made an appearance at the blockbuster film, A Star is Born. Lukas Nelson and Lady Gaga worked together to write and produce the film’s soundtrack in which he won a Grammy, and a British Academy Film Award. Last year, Lukas Nelson released his debut album American Romance.
The Greek Theatre Berkeley is an 8,500 outdoor amphitheatre in UC Berkeley, California. The venue resembles a Greco-Romanian architecture, making it one of the most unique and classic looking venues in North America. Recent renovations had the venue upgrading its facilities like bathrooms, lighting, and an elevator was also installed for improved accessibility.
