His 2024 tour is in support of his album, ME/AND/DAD - which he collaborated on with his father! Strings was nominated for three Grammy awards - Best Bluegrass Album (Me/And/Dad), Best American Roots Song (“California Sober” feat. Willie Nelson) and Best Country Duo/Group Performance (“High Note” with Dierks Bentley).

Billy Strings has extended his upcoming spring run through the end of August with the announcement of a summer headline tour. With these additional dates, the artist will perform ten times on the East and West Coasts over five two-night runs. The artist will continue to emphasize multi-show arena engagements this year, with stops at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheatre in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.
The bluegrass pioneer's most recent tour is a result of and includes three festival engagements earlier in the summer. On June 22 and 23, Ohio Stadium will host Buckeye Country Superfest in Columbus, Ohio, where the musician will perform alongside Zach Bryan, Turnpike Troubadours, and other artists.
In July, Strings will play the opening day of the FairWell Festival in Redmond, Oregon on July 19 and the last day of the Under The Big Sky Festival in Whitefish, Mont. on July 14. After finishing this first leg, the artist will head to the Northeast to play two shows at Hartford Healthcare Amphitheatre on July 26 and 27, and the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts on July 30 and 31. After that, they'll head down the coast to State College, Pennsylvania for two more performances at Jordan Center on August 2 and 3.
Subsequently, Strings will perform a unique, one-night-only set during Wille Nelson's Outlaw Music Festival in Quincy, Washington, on August 10. The festival will include Strings performing alongside legendary performers including Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp, and Nelson & Family. After that, Strings will go to Berkeley, California, and spend two nights at the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley on August 17 and 18, before concluding his 2024 tour with a final two-night reservation at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California on August 23 and 24. The summer tour by Strings will come after their previously revealed spring tour, which will consist of 14 headline performances at arenas and festivals throughout the Midwest, South, and Colorado between April 12 and July 19.
